It is called the <a title=\"Food Loop\" href=\"http:\/\/www.thefoodloop.com\/about\/\" target=\"_blank\">Food Loop<\/a> and it is simply a silicone tie rap that is heat resistant up to 675F and it would be very useful when you are trying to tie a roast and you are running out of hands. I have no idea if it works properly and even of the price as they seem to only list stores where it is available, but it would be a very valuable aid in the kitchen if it works as advertised. Since I do not endorse the product and actually never have tried it, the only thing that I can say is buyer beware.
