I came across some pictures of dishes I cooked or cooked by great chefs I know. I proposed to Normita there a crazy summer on her birthday!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Salmon in potato crust\" height=\"332\" alt=\"Salmon in potato crust\" src=\"https:\/\/www.igourmand.com\/wp-content\/Salm.JPG\" width=\"416\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>What Normita had the same night at Cheval de Jade, Salmon in Potato Crust.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Oriental Scallop and Leek Soup\" height=\"332\" alt=\"Oriental Scallop and Leek Soup\" src=\"https:\/\/www.igourmand.com\/wp-content\/ScalS.JPG\" width=\"416\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>My famous Oriental Scallop and Leek Soup that always makes a stunning start to a meal.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Sweet Onions and Port Pie\" height=\"332\" alt=\"Sweet Onions and Port Pie\" src=\"https:\/\/www.igourmand.com\/wp-content\/OnionPie.JPG\" width=\"416\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A Sweet Onions and Port Pie with a topping of goat cheese that I invented for our wedding anniversary a few years back.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Koishi's Sushi\" height=\"332\" alt=\"Koishi's Sushi\" src=\"https:\/\/www.igourmand.com\/wp-content\/Sushi.JPG\" width=\"416\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A nice array of Sushi that our Japanese Chef friend Koishi prepared for us and delivered home in the woods, back in the days we were living at the edge of a wonderful lake in Qu\u00c3\u00a9bec.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Fried Shitakes\" height=\"332\" alt=\"Fried Shitakes\" src=\"https:\/\/www.igourmand.com\/wp-content\/Shitake.JPG\" width=\"416\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Fried Shitakes at Soto the japanese restaurant where Koishi worked at the time.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Japanese Fish Salad\" height=\"332\" alt=\"Japanese Fish Salad\" src=\"https:\/\/www.igourmand.com\/wp-content\/FishSal.JPG\" width=\"416\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A nice Japanese Fish Salad that I prepared as part of a nice homemade sushi meal.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Duck Breast with Mango and Strawberry Couli\" height=\"332\" alt=\"Duck Breast with Mango and Strawberry Couli\" src=\"https:\/\/www.igourmand.com\/wp-content\/Ducky.JPG\" width=\"416\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A nice invention of mine for Valentine day somes years ago. Duck Breast Glazed in Honey with a Mango and Strawberry couli.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Dorado a las Brazas\" height=\"332\" alt=\"Dorado a las Brazas\" src=\"https:\/\/www.igourmand.com\/wp-content\/Dorado.JPG\" width=\"416\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Memories from our honeymoon in Ixtapa. We went fishing one day and I caught a nice Dorado. We stopped at Isla de Ixtapa on the way back and they prepared it grilled on wook fire. A wonderful Dorado a las Brazas.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Bavette with Port Sauce with Salardaise Potatoes\" height=\"332\" alt=\"Bavette with Port Sauce with Salardaise Potatoes\" src=\"https:\/\/www.igourmand.com\/wp-content\/BavSalar.JPG\" width=\"416\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>One of my all-time favorite creations, Grilled Bavette de Boeuf with Port Sauce with Salardaise Potatoes. The Padrino was known to fly to Canada, back in the days we lived there, just to have his fix of it. That and incredible quantities of fermented beverages.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Thai Fish in Rice Paper\" height=\"332\" alt=\"Thai Fish in Rice Paper\" src=\"https:\/\/www.igourmand.com\/wp-content\/ThaiF.JPG\" width=\"416\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A nice creation of mine from years ago, Thai Style Fish in Rice Paper.
