I have prepared a nice &quot;cocktail de camarones y ostiones&quot; (Shrimps and oysters cocktail) that everyone has loved so I decided to share the recipe with you. This can be the first course for a nice meal. <\/p>\n<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n<p>1 pound of shrimps<br \/>1 pound of oysters<br \/>3 Italian tomatoes, chopped<br \/>1\/2 red onion, chopped<br \/>1 avocado, cut in small pieces<br \/>1 chile jalape&ntilde;o, chopped<br \/>1 or 2 limes, juiced<br \/>3 tbs olive oil<br \/>200 ml ketchup<br \/>Cilantro (coriander), chopped<br \/>Salt to taste<br \/>Salsa Valentina (Louisiana hot sauce, Tabasco, or any hot sauce to taste)<\/p>\n<p>Preparation<\/p>\n<p>1. In a bowl put the chopped onion, tomatoes, chile jalape&ntilde;o, cilantro and the avocado.<br \/>2. Add salt to taste. <br \/>3. Add the lime juice, the olive oil, and the ketchup. <br \/>4. At the end add the shrimps and the oysters. <br \/>5. Mix all the ingredients smoothly. <br \/>6. Serve in small bowls and decorate with a slice of avocado and a leave of coriander.
