Preparation

1. Wrap the Manchego Cheese with the Turkey Ham.
2. Then wrap the Turkey Ham and Manchego Cheese with the Tortilla Corn.
3. Heat the quesadilla a heavy skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Serve.

Ingredients

3 Eggs
4 Bread thicher cut slices
4 tbsp Evaporated Milk Carnation
2 tbsp Cream
2 tsp Maple syrup
1 tsp Honey
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 tsp Cinnamon ground
1/2 tsp Nutmeg ground
Butter
Maple syrup
Strawberry

Preparation

1. Beat together the ingredientes: eggs, Carnation, cream, maple syrup, honey, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg.
2. Heat a lightly butter on a pan over medium-high heat.
3. Deep the slice of bread in the egg mixture, turning to coat both sides evenly.
4. Fry the the slice of bread placing in a pan, and cook on both sides until golden.
5. Serve the french toast with strawberrys, butter and maple syrup.

5 oz Sliced Water Chestnuts
9 oz Heart of Palm
1 Zucchini
4 tbsp Weber Mediterranean Herb Seasoning
Olive Oil Extra Virgin

Preparation

1. Slice boneless chicken breasts.
2. Cut veggies into large pieces.
3. Marinate the chicken & veggies with Weber Mediterranean Herb Seasoning.
4. Put olive oil in the wok and stir fry; the wok needs to be on high heat and things need to be done very quick.
4. Chicken 5 minutes.
6. Veggie 3 minutes.
7. Mix everything well and serve in plates.

6 Pork Chop
1 Bell Pepper
1 Jalapeño Pepper
12 White Mushroom
2 Zucchini
2 tbsp Curry Powder

Himalayan Pink Salt & Black Pepper

Preparation

1. Slice 6 pork chop.
2. Cut veggies on pieces, they should not be too thick or too thin.
3. Season the Pork & veggies with curry powder, ground ginger, salt and pepper.
4. Put olive oil and prk on the wok and stir fry for 5 minutes,the wok needs really high heat and things need to be done really quick.
5. Add Veggies to stir for 3 minutes.
6. Mix everything well then serve on plates.
7. Add on the top Red Sesame & Green Sesame & Black Sesame.

Tuna, Rice Paper and Sauce

Ingredients

2 Tuna
2 tbsp Yogurt
1 tbsp Cream
1 tsp Hoisin Sauce
1 tsp Huy Fong Chili Garlic Sauce
6 Banh Trang Rice Papers
Cilantro
Olive Oil Extra Virgin

Preparation

1. Combine Yogurt, Cream, Hoisin Sauce, Huy Fong Chili Garlic Sauce in small bowl, with a whisk.
2. Slice 2 tuna.
3. Tuna and sauce.
4. Tuna and Cilantro.
5. Prepare each rice paper wrapper by dipping in warm water to soften.
6. Lay flat and place tuna along the centre.
7. Fold ends of rice paper over and roll to secure.
8. Repeat with remaining rice paper and ingredients.
9. Put Olive Oil Extra Virgin on your pan.
10. Make sure your pan is very hot and add the tuna rice paper.
11. The tuna rice paper get seared to golden brown and wait until they’re cooked.
12. Serve the rice paper tuna with side dish.

1. In baking dish & heavy duty aluminum foil.
2. Cutting a sweet potato.
3. Baking dish even press them down lightly.
4. Sprinkle a Weber N’Orleans Cojun over in sweet potato.

The wavy line along the forge weld is known as the “hamon” and was one of the judgment points of traditional Japanese swords.

11″ long overall with an ebony composition handle, this knife has a particularly beautiful, lightly textured blade.

The knife has exterior layers of stainless steel forge-welded to a high-carbon steel core. The carbon steel central layer gives you a knife that will hold a razor edge, but has the easy maintenance features of stainless steel.

The birds ate the peaches

The hot weather is back with us again today and after we had lunch we went back to the offices and after a few hours it was too hot to work. I went to give the dogs their supper and when I was coming back inside Normita wanted to go get a bit of fresh air. I joined her and we kept company to the boyz while they literally wolfed down their big bowl of food. I don’t know where they get the energy to eat so quickly on a hot day like this.

We walked around the yard a bit and then decided to harvest the peaches from the small tree next to the kitchen entrance. We had been saying we would do it since last week, but never got around to it. The neighborhood’s birds came down on that tree last week in day and feasted on the peaches and destroyed over 80% of the crop by eating half of most of the fruits and letting the other half rot. Normita went for a bad and a small stepladder and I went up in the tree and tried to salvage most of the peaches that were ripe and not half eaten by the birds.

Bacchus and Uriel, the boyz, were around us and catching whatever peaches they could grab that were falling from the tree. They eat them in one bite crushing the stone. It is awe inspiring to see them do it. I hope that tomorrow that tomorrow they do not wake up with a store stomach, but from past experience they have eaten much worse without any problems. They seem to have cast iron stomachs.

We will keep the ripest ones to eat and tomorrow or Friday we will probably prepare some “compote de pêches” with the rest. We will use that as a dessert over ice cream and I think that I did see that we had a frozen Cornish hen the other day and we might roast it covered with the peaches next weekend if we have some time.
